"Chef Gary created an amazing and elegant dinner party for us which included four different (and exciting) appetizers; a lovely salad; a surf-and-turf entree comprised of filet mignon and lobster tail, which were both cooked to perfection and served with drawn butter, and he created the best twice baked potatoes we have ever eaten in our lives. The roasted asparagus completed the entree plate and was cooked perfectly as well. The dessert course could not have been tastier: a "decadent" chocolate moulten cake with fresh berries. Our guests were in awe of the dining experience Chef Gary created for us. It was an absolutely perfect meal. Chef Gary followed through on everything he promised, and he even left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. We cannot thank him enough for the exquisite offerings he prepared."

Wanting to do something completely different, I brought Chef Gary into my home to cook up a “team building” exercise. Much to my team’s surprise, Chef Gary’s menu and the involvement of each employee in preparing the day’s menu was just what was needed to spice up our meeting and to demonstrate how results can be achieved if we all worked from the same “recipe”. From the novice cook to those more seasoned, there was a role for everyone. And unlike other team building exercises, we got to enjoy the tasty results.”

I had the creamy chicken pot pie and herb & lemon green beans last night….may I just say it was scrumptious!!!!! The dill crust was out of this world!!! By the way, the turkey sausage lasagna, garlic shrimp orzo, turkey meatloaf and twice baked potatoes were also EXTREMELY DEE-LISH!!! Thank you very much for providing such tasty meals for us!!
